I’m Matt. Meditation seems to be very important to me on some levels, but I have enormous problems getting it to “stick”.
This blog is a record of my latest attempts to get into the habit.
This mostly won’t be a very thrilling blog to subscribe to, in that at the moment it really is just a personal record — my intended audience is me. I’m just making my notes as I do this experiment, so that whether I succeed or fail, at least I’ll have some knowledge for the future.
